When we called for a closed competition to construct our boutique mall with 6 cinemas at chembur, Vivek's design entry (on a very restricted and small plot ) was the best in terms of circulation, all the 6 cinemas on one floor , structural system, elevation etc. We just handed him the total project and he guided us the best way to make it into a architectural masterpiece today. Since then, we have worked on many projects with him and his ideations never cease to amaze us.

I have known known Vivek for more than 30 years. During my president days at the Times of India he designed Planet M , Times Entertainment offices, Times Now and Radio Mirchi studios at several locations.
